over a year late to checking this record out lol but i still figured id offer my opinion regardless: ive been following this band since *almost* the beginning (caught wind of their first EP in early 2012 i believe), their debut album life in cycles remains my favorite thing theyve done but for me this is another solid addition to their discography ! imo no clearance had some higher highs but this album benefits from its tighter tracklist & shorter runtime, w less room for moments that could be perceived as less engaging or not adding much to the experience of the record... & its for that reason that generator has a slight edge for me over its predecessor ♯vasudeva ♯20s ♯2020s #2020 ♯rock ♯instrumental ♯instrumentalrock ♯postrock ♯mathrock ♯dancerock
